Never close enough

I love being here to read all the write's
In fact, I stay up most of the night.

Good thing I don't have a full-time day job
Due to lack of sleep I'd have to find someone to rob.

I write for a living, and sometimes not inspired.
If I had to write on demand...I am sure I would be fired.

As sad as this is and as much as I hate too
Gonna have to take a break from Passion's cause I got a story to do.

I have a deadline, and am running on thin Ice
If I ever get it done, it will pay a good price.

Not sure how long I will be away
But for everyone here...Merry Christmas I pray.

I hope to be back by Christmas Eve night
Hopefully by then I will have done it all right.

But If I'm not...this I must say
May all of you have a Glorious Christmas Day.

May there be Peace on Earth...and Peace within our Hearts this Holiday Season.

I will miss all of you dearly.

I loved the rhyme scheme of this poem, however, we are all going to miss you here at passions, we hope you come back very very soon. Good luck in your story, Have a very Merry Christmas Tima, cant wait for your return.

Boy do I know the obsession of this place! I too am so busy right now, and I get on here so late at ngiht as I don't want to get too far behind in reading poetry. Good luck on your book, Merry Christmas and see you when you get back! Take care.
