This is to you, my dear Vishu, A precious gem among the few… Your life surely gave a different view With all the pictures that you drew…. You were the one I got my lessons from.. The strings of my heart, that you did strum… But, the tune of my song that I like to hum…. Brings you to me, my dearest chum…. How is it that you're keeping mum? Why is it that your call was the one, too soon to come? And why did you have to answer that, to make me glum? Or is it just in all our kismet, simply to succumb…. I miss you a lot, my dear gal… You're the one I would love to call… But, relax & rest assured, my sweet pal…. For, I am just learning to take it all… 'Cause, YOU ARE THERE HERE WITH ME!!! …..(but, I do miss you…...) ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Friends, this is in memory of my sweet sister-in-law, Vishu, who really had the call too soon…... 25 seasons is all she bloomed, but the fragrance will be around for a long time to come… Thank you for reading…..I know she is smiling…for she is there here with me…... |
