Time has moved
so quick yet slow
Though I have lived it
I do not know
Where I have been
or where I’ll go
Yesterday peers back at me
Tomorrow beckons quietly
With sorrow in my pocket
Joy placed in a locket
on a chain round my neck
another card off the deck
Time has moved

Do I fold or hold or show?
It’s five card no peek
So I raise and call
Bet it all

Thank you all for your kindness. I don't write often anymore, and have just begun to feel as though I want to. Your works inspire me, however, so perhaps I will be able to find more to write.

you bet!!! that's the way to do it! can't win much if you don't take risks and up the ante, raise the bid, fill up that pot, y'know? penny ante stuff ain't worth the time.... life is decked out with suprises, joys, beauty, so the deal is, ya gotta play the hand if ya wanna win!!!!
