Day and Night

The day speaks loudly of itself
in brandishing it’s face
The night slips silent as an elf
in shadows of it’s grace

The sun will force the eye to know
What every eye has seen
The stars will just reflect their glow
in eyes that have a dream

The sun puts on a splendid show
from dawn til evening comes
The moon shines but a subtle glow
to which the heart succumbs

I've often been told to read Passions' best, and you are why I do....

In my humble opinion, you are Passions' finest writer and I mean that sincerely, Liz.

Might I ask of your permission to use your lovely verse in my novel? Full credit is yours for the taking, my dear. Please email me if you find interest in this. Otherwise, I enjoyed this very very much! Right into my library it goes...

Elizabeth - you see through your eyes, and write what you see. Excellent...
