We Talked And Giggled We talked and giggled Lou and I across so many miles And as we talked the time did fly while sharing lots of smiles Of children, pets and silly things we talked while we giggled I heard the kiss her daughter brings my grandson on lap wiggled It's a great way to start the day I so enjoyed our chat While Barry slept we had our play 'til he got in the act A couple I am pleased to know who live so far away But over miles we still can show how friends can start the day Karen Torbiak 2001© Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams. |

StarTime~ Yes - Yes - Yes ! The voice of a friend keeps us grounded, surrounded in love and sharing~ My friend Lisa and I had just such a chat yesterday~ My ... how I love her laughter across the miles~ THANK YOU~ This is soooooo nostalgically fulfilling~ *Hugs* ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ |
