Be Not A Stranger To Love early as I sit at writers desk another morning from lack of rest gazing out, a sea of fog rest low on fields this sight explaining my emotions so real hidden from me is a once familiar place but as I look can not recognize one trace a raven flies on ebony silken wings I strain to hear him but only silence sings all the things this field is void of is the echo…be not a stranger to love for love can melt thick fog so deep replacing uncertainty with something to keep opening our arms they become wings before our eyes and in another’s hand, again we learn to fly steps in love and fog can be a risk this stranger is tired of walking through the mist "I have already paid for all my future sins." Sade...(King of Sorrow) |
