Across A Field Of Lilacs Spread By: Noah Eaton 12/1/01 Across a field of lilacs spread Whispering in a kaleidoscope bed I lie next to you, kissing huckleberry skies Resting lovingly under daffodil bridges of light Luscious lips tasting of heather Cradling hands in hands of leather Playing the sun harp against your ivory hair Muffling your dreams with loving care Rejuvenating as our hearts spread their wings Rolling around in the soft grass where the chickadees sing You wear the morning star like an earring Whispering ballads, hearing spring jingling Across this field of lilacs spread Dream with me in this luscious spring bed [This message has been edited by Mistletoe Angel (edited 12-01-2001).] |
