...When Eyes Meet Eyes

If you were to meet me
would you be colorblind to my eyes?
Would you notice the shades of you that reflect
while I am watching you watch me?
I wonder if you really know the rhythm of my heart,
why it beats a faster pace when you come into view,
why it stalls when you look at me that way,
how yours hold a magic in them that controls my desire.
