You look so peaceful lying there
lost in dreams
without a care
I long to kiss that soft red mouth
and stroke your tousled hair
whisper to your sleeping heart
and ask if I am there
Your skin looks soft and so enticing
just waiting for my touch
I can feel the warmth I long for
my body aches for yours so much
I could wake you gently
and revel in your smile
or lay my head beside yours
and hear you dreaming
for awhile

We love those we watch sleep. It gives me peace in my heart to admire someone not conscious of your presence. I loved this very much.
