~* On Whispers Of The Evening Wind *~

She tiptoes in on the whispers of the evening wind,
Permeating my mind, with splashes of her visions,
Visiting me when the time seems to suit her fancy.
Over and over she turns her dreams of fantasy
In my mind meditatively and all to often inconclusively.

In my dreams I write her tears and laughter,
My quill spins with tales of her grief and sorrow,
Fantasies meant for the eyes and ears of true believers,
Become my tapestry of her illusions running rampant.

I am but her conduit, as she pens my very soul,
Weaving and entangling my mind with thoughts
Of the wreckage of things better left buried.
Her sorrow and pain becomes my albatross,
Her visions of love, laughter and hope, my beacon.

She whispers questions so softly I can never answer.
"Will there always be a rainbow in the heavens?"
"Do willows always bend to grace the ground of autumn?"
Fracturing my heart she asks, "Where do angels go to die?"

Over and over, I tell her I was truly meant to be alone,
She responds that my very solitude is now her scribe.
Oh yes, she has now told me her name, but
I swore to keep it a secret between the two of us.

Sharon...This is so very beautiful...you have the touch of what Logan said, hope and love, mixed in the ink you write with...and I am so glad to be able to read it.  Thank you!

Elizabeth ~ Twas my little muse whispering, and she loves windchimes

Sunshine ~ I wonder about that question too, and thank you for reading this one.

Logan ~ You got it, but shhhhh, thank you for your love always.

Martie ~ Thank you for helping me with a line in this one - I appreciated your help (I had a word in there no one would know and dear Martie helped me to change this a bit).

Yes, Sharon...I know that voice, and yet, you have painted it so much more beautifully than I could ever imagine...this completely captivated my mind and left me speechless.  From the pen of your muse ~ flows visions of mesmerizing and breathtaking beauty.  (...and yet, nothing less is expected coming from the heart of someone so vastly overflowing with love, compassion, and incredible talent) ~*~smiles~*~
You are amazing, my friend!
Hugs and much love to you, always, ~*~dawn~*~

Sheesh Dawn ~ That was pretty, almost a poem, and considering your poetry, and your muse, I shall take it as a "little" compliment.  Smile, someone loves you!

Janet Marie - I too am a Gemini!  Someone once in school in an English class (a teacher) told me the same thing, and she actually watched me she said to try to figure out how I could 'bounce all over the place".  I hate to tell you this, but so do you    Your writing is not only lst class, but quite varied, but one can not see that themselves.

CPhat Hair ~ Why thank you, as I respect your writing so much.

Irish Rose ~ Thank you and feel free anytime to take any graphics, that is what they are there for to be shared.
