Laughter most sweet from a languished tounge that rivials a mouth curved upward in a mischevious way, were it not for a tear that drops silently from hazel eyes. Does not this violence on beauty make one ask whom does God forsake for his pleasure? Or is it nothing that we find when at last we kiss and purity is lost amongst the vines. Thorns do attack my soul, shreding a heart that once followed its own way only to have the sun look upon it as a child that was forgetfull for his mistakes. Then with your gentle laugh do come, take my trembling hand, comfort may it be, task me to make a daring try at resolve so we may clear the dust and finnally wake. |
