Inevitability Somewhere in barren deserts wide billow the sands of time; Powerful winds of change sweep strong and blow the sands of time. Through countless ages long and long the shifting sands have blown; Into the days that are and beyond go the sands of time. Mid vast realms of dimensions lost the phasing sands have gone; Throughout the very fabric of life flow the sands of time. In the essence of all that is the airy sands have flown; No living thing there is that does not know the sands of time. Obscurity awaits, old Zahaar, as long you have known; Indeed, no thing in creation can slow the sands of time. [This message has been edited by wornways (edited 11-07-2001).] |

ah, i see... poems get responses if the poet responds to other poets poems. so, it's strictly a political structure here. hrrmmm.... guess it's this way everywhere. say, do me a favor and only post a response if you're honestly moved to do so. don't comment on my poem just because i commented on yours. |
