It Takes Two To Make One

The butterflies that fly the sky
Can only fly the world so high.
But the butterflies of our dreams
Can go beyond the stars it seems.

It’s those of which I speak today
It’s those that fly’s our hearts away.
It’s those that play within our scenes
It’s those that fly within our dreams.

There are two worlds that live within
One is true and the other thin.
Like magnets of opposite pole
They make this creature and this soul.

We can’t eliminate the one
For if we do than we are done.
We must have sad to make the glad
For how else can we judge of had?

I’ll say to all beware of pride
For tide of time is all, our bride.

Your equations equal more
than all the world has set in store
do not divide this wisdom's chime
as bells ring forth the tick of time...

again, you inspire, but then, you always do!

Where ever would we be
Without the other half of we?

Love it, dear Sy..

I've said it before ... I'll say it again(many times)
I do so love the way your poetic mind ponders and wanders(right across my heart)
You do know how cool this poem is right?
But then so is the poet who wrote it.
As always we learn from your wisdom rhymes
and your butterfly visions.
*WW* me

Well tomorrow holds only mystery
And who's to say what might be
But in you I found a love so strong
The sun and the moon looked on in jealousy

To all the wonderful poets above my sincerest
thanks for taking the time to read and comment on my poetry. With a special thanks to my wonderful Tinkerbell. Who makes the unbelievable look so easy. She is blessed special abilities and sensitivities far beyond her years. Bless you all.

Can go beyond the stars it seems

Dreams are such wonderful things to have. Such a beautiful write

If she who dies with the most toys wins, then can I have some toy boys please?

This really spoke to me!  I loved this poem, but more importantly you made a difference today in one person anyway.  Thank you.
