i realize, as I write i these poems that my wanderings are cliche ridden, but they are on the direct path from my heart. That said, I think its fair enough to let them out for the sake of writing honestly. Enjoy or disapprove. Either way I hope it touches.

How could I need you with desperation unequaled?
You tried my heart more than once
As I enjoyed the enticement of your arms.
Tonight the rain seeks my soul
And all for the pleasure of joyful tears.
My body shakes and quivers
With the burden of missing you
And just knowing your lips whisper
Creates my smile and dreams of peace.
This distance is getting harder to bear, my love
And I may tire of writing these cliches
But I will never tire of feeling them.
You have introduced a new music into my world.
I have known the notes of many new songs
But yours is as different
As all of them were.
I believe I have found a favorite.
I long for you now as I am sighing these words.
I live for you it seems
For you are Love.
Thank you for setting up residence in my hopeless heart.

Love has many masks. I am but one of them.
