Duet ~ A Plains Song Sit and steep that words might be come to sing this harmony quiet then come, listen, feel songs of past now come real to know deep sleep where reveries call wander back sense the fall dirt shall dust my shoes again to return to now, go back to then dream songs tied to spider’s web silken tumbled weeds of love songs gone poets heart finds warm, well come in what was theirs all along blackest ink shall trace thoughts gone as palm prints that still linger on a cheek that felt the warmth of touch a softer word that meant so much the winds sing through the harp of grass as legends feather centuries vast to gaze again across the lands feel side to side a touch of hand as whispers felt upon fair winds they bind me tight in their come again should you hear the notes again on the winds that harps would send touch your heart then search your soul for your memory one still holds the mists of time swirl round my feet sounds of then still chime replete they come to sing this harmony sit and steep that words might be [This message has been edited by Sunshine (edited 10-29-2001).] |

*sigh* your words sing in such perfect harmony that you bring them to life. I love this wonderful song. It flows into the heart with a gentleness that sooths and fills with beauty. Thank you, so much, for sharing this with me. Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams. |

Karilea, I really love this and truly enjoyed reading. It could easily be a song with a guitar perhaps playing softly in the background. Well done, Nancy. ~Time has cast a spell on you, |

Uniquely written in wonderment of the mid-west beauty. Where the sun shines from one end to the other. Gorgeous Sunshine! Thank you. Sincerely, |
