“GOING TO RIO” by Bill Charles ~~~~ I’m going to RIO, because I know that you are there, I’ll be there soon, arriving, when the sun goes down… We’ll hold each other tight, and hear the rhythm play, as we dance into the night, all the way crosstown… Seeing you I reach out, your hand touches mine, the music plays, and my hands, feel your hips start to sway… Your eyes speak to me, and when they look at mine, they sing like your voice, and I give my heart away… Whispers of romance, underneath the moonlit sky, tender I feel the softness of you, when we dance… The warm air sings a melody, rhythm is in the air, both knowing its delight, and both are enhanced… Together we are, way down south, just you and I, the music sings, and passions, are the appetites… Moist lips they touch, knowing once more elation, just dance with me in RIO, and you’ll be mine tonight… Dance with me baby, dance with me, in RIO, and I’ll be yours, this night… ~~~~
