Where Always Is Day drains now, all misted and moist with ocean, the grass still dew filled from morn. The webs on the bush at my side are jeweled. I touch the air around them, knowing the gift. I have spent the day adrift on your warm breath, weaving in and out of driveways where my thoughts parked, smooched and back-seated. All the crimson leaves of fall dance with me on this floor, and each curl of precious thought twirls for the joy of it. Love is all around, revving it’s engine in thrust of sound, believing that the moon is there somewhere shining silver, and the road is up to a place where always is. and so I just know |
