She summons me to pay fair tribute due
of those who would admire her design .
Her sleek form calls the hand to lend a touch
of reverence to each and ev'ry line .

In shaded nuance I behold her charms ,
such promise as could render one complete .
Once proud this humbled warrior dis-armed ,
no more to battle stumbles at her feet .

Yet , she whose golden skin belies a heart
as black as night will oft' avert her gaze ,
and make one wonder what might be the point
of trying to appease this one who stays

forever so aloof , pray tell me true ,
might I yet be your one , Dear No. 2 ?

MOST EXCELLENT!  Really like the style and the feel... strong word choice.  In a word, "Quality."  Now back to the top you go!  I bow to you and yours. Peace to you Doc!

Startime ,
Thank you . She's a harsh mistress at times , at others , very forgiving . Such is this plight we choose . Thanks again .

Tracey ,
Thanks , I'm glad you liked . Thoughts into words , if they don't lose too much in translation we've done our job .
