Poetic Parroting ~*Marge Tindal*~  Oh, I like my poet She says just what I think Mimics me in resplendent colors splashes me with her ink I no longer have to fear living in this cage She gives me freedom of feathers to fly across the share of page The least that I can do to thank her for her songs Is to let her think it was her idea all along ! ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ |
