The Personal Touch Why do I take you so personally? Like a bridegroom waiting evenings bed. Like a thirsty man near to dead Like a randy dragon dramatically You paint my wings such colored hew Glowing in the mornings light Banishing my thoughts of night Soothing me with nectars dew. Can’t you see my eyes aglow? Following your every lead A beggars bowl in full need A calming drink of old crow How long can I bath this sun? How long can I swathe its store? The ghost of time opens its door And when I pass it will be done. Why do I take you literally? Like a randy dragon rascally |

"why ask why" question not ... the suns gift to the sky Wonder not ... the tides on sands of time Ponder not ... the reason behind a poets rhyme But if thee takes the words to heart ... literally ... Then thee knows that each one ... is kissed with sincerety. *winkiewinkie* me Well tomorrow holds only mystery |
