Being [inspired by Untouched, inspired by Bronte series]

how
I would be one
that might turn your collar down
welcome you in to the warm
wipe away that drowned
look upon your face
and take you in
embrace

how
would I be
then, to turn into arms
that before were cold and
empty of all hope
finding in you reasons for
cope
taking from you all sense
by giving you rope
to climb again

how

would we be

if I were the one
behind your curtains of
thought
