My love for you can only be measured
By the highest mountain peak
You are as soothing as the waters
That move along a tranquil creek

The low lying mist in the valley
Carries words of love so true
As our love seems to know no boundaries
When my heart calls out to you

The soft whispers in the wind
Feels like the tenderness of your touch
As I open my heart and soul to you
How I love you oh so much

I'm as fragile as a rose
Whenever we're apart
But in your presence I feel invincible
As love grows deeper inside my heart

You are the lyrics of a love song
That makes the harmony sound so sweet
How I tremble in anticipation
As our bodies finally meet

Together we'll greet the sunrise
As you hold me oh so tight
How we'll surrender to our love
And the pleasures of the night

this is gorgeous.....I really like the way this part feels, but the whole poem is great!

Yes, love is very fragile. It is something our hearts yearn for but can be something that can break our hearts too. This is a beautiful love poem that touches the heart of your reader. I love being lost in the words of love you wove.
