You think you know me, but you don't You never stuck around long enough The feelings I have you are unware About them you never wanted to hear You think, that I am being mean I only give what you give to me You say you love me, with words Love for me, you never do show I always cooked and cleaned for you Then I waited for you to come home But from work you always did go Straight to your moms right after work It had become real clear for me to see That your mom you couldn't live without It was me, that you didn't really need To you I was just some one you could hurt My love for you was always so strong But, all you did was keep hurting me I have been down that road before Of someone always wanting to hurt me All of the doors that went to my heart I had to close so tight, once more And I threw away all of the keys So no one can ever get in, again © By Sue 9/15/01 |

Quite a sad piece. No worries though. A key is only one way to open a locked door.  Nicely written. |
