Freedom

Today I see animals living free
Flying high, birds flew so graceful
Deer roaming on the roadside
Squirrels dancing in the nearby trees
A peaceful feeling quickly came over me

Those animals so beautiful and carefree
Neither running nor having any worries
No terror, No dismay
I envy those animals that I see
I want that life of freedom for me

That feeling of freedom has been taken
Flying high and graceful we fear
Roaming our nation we have shied
For America has been shaken
Peacefulness and freedom I cannot see

Terrorist have weakened our knees
They have shocked the “Land of the Free”
September 11th, we have all cried
I look to the heavens and ask why?
We were invincible; was it a lie?

In the billowing smoke the distance I see
The Statue of Liberty gleaming at me
Holding her torch high for the “Land of the Free”
During the attack she stood tall
A symbol of freedom for us all

American Heroes rising to the occasion
Even on doomed flights they were not taken
The Firefighters and Police are heroes too
Giving their lives for me and you
Certain Heroes of this beautiful nation

America will over come this tragic event
America will raise though this devastation
America together and united we still stand
“America the beautiful, land of the free”
America’s freedom we all demand

This horrible scar will always remain
Memories left in pure and simple pain
Feelings of anguish and dismay
I will not forget the souls lost that day
Osama bin Laden you must pay!

After listening to our President last evening,
I feel we are being guided by strong hands~

America will raise though this devastation
America together and united we still stand

May the whole world never forget that freedom is what your nation stands for and freedom is what your people are willing to die for. Absolutely magnificent. Let us forever remember all those who paid so much for the freedom we have in our lives.

Hey just remember they can't take away your freedom unless you let them. Dont let them imtimidate you by the terrorists attacks.
