My Heart By: Noah Eaton 3/29/01 My heart lights When I read the words you have to share Words that make me smile and make me cry In times when I am lonely, make me feel you're there My heart jumps Happily like a young easter bunny Feeling happy when you have a good time or fall in love Cheering for you, proud of you when you're happy My heart softens When I read your expressions of romance Heartbeats slowly quicken When lovely visions meet a passionate climax My heart cries When I read your heartbreaking tales When you feel hopeless, when love steps out of your life Weeping in floods of tears, having felt your thoughts so pale My heart prays Whenever you feel this way That happiness will quickly blow the sorrow away And you will have many beautiful days My heart beats Proudly with faith and love in you Knowing you're in God's Hands, and you will succeed You will always be a friend in me, golden and true My heart smiles Lucky to know such a beautiful friend like you Your heart speaks with such generosity, helping me walk the miles To my dreams and achievements, just as I believe for you My heart feels for you My heart to yours My heart reaches to you My heart and yours |
