watching as darkness fills over the lush and beautiful world I once knew once was full of life and happiness slowly fades into nothingness seeing my heart slowly crumble in my hands feeling the love I feel slowly die inside how could I have wronged her what could I have done to show her my love falling to my knees as I weap silent tears knowing the irrepairable damage I have done the love I feel inside destroying the one thing in my life that brought happiness and joy into this pitiful excuse for an existane my pennance for not knowing my place to know that I will always live and will die as I have lived, a lonely shadow Fear destroys the mind, depression destroys the soul... only love and compassion may save you from death. |
