Soft, what light shines upon my trail, Cast, with the shadows from the trees, Dim, where my eyes can barely tell, Till, waves with motion of the breeze; Lights, moon and stars filling the night. Walk, where pathways of stone lead me, Through, with the night time losing sleep, Dreams, make visions for eyes to see, Move, commitments once made to keep, Climb, the way to a place to be. Soft, what light shines behind my walk, Time, repeats events of shadow, Think, old memories still stalk, Back, to a hidden spot I know. Gloom |

Thank you, your words are very kind, I am pleased my words please you. It could be a play off of Willie Shake, since I've read so much of his works, so many times. But I was working off a broken form on this one and a salvaged poem from days ago. Gloom [This message has been edited by Professor Gloom (edited 07-23-2001).] |

I would be inclined to want to say the same as Cpat, including the question. "Soft. what light through window brakes?" |
