~* Just Simple Little Love Thoughts *~This is a vintage story of love, needless to say, He’s coming to call, as that was the way. Out in the rose garden the young lady sat, As he approached her and took off his hat… She, “I can’t catch my breath, my heart’s beating so fast, Was this meant to be, will this romance last? I’m trying to be so reserved, I’m going to burst! I swore I would never fall in love headfirst!” He, “Look what your tender love has done to me. I was lonely, now you’ve set my heart free. You looked into my eyes, and saw my soul, Knowing instinctively how to make me whole.” She, “When I dare to glance up into your eyes, I sail all the oceans, and fly all the skies. Your words, your touch, awaken my desire, Come enter my soul, and seek passion’s fire.” ”Our love continues to grow like a blooming rose Will it last; there is only one in heaven who knows. And along our way there might be a thorn, But that is how the most beautiful rose is born.” He, “Like a climbing vine I will weave through you, Encasing your gentle heart so soft and true. You are my weakness, my strength, For your love, I would go to any length.” “I know you’re my soul mate as well as my friend, I could spend every day with you ‘til the end. I could look into your eyes for the rest of my life, I could definitely ask you to be my wife!” And when the day began to hide under a silver moon, Two lovers kissed and wondered was it too soon. Too soon to risk sharing the rest of their life, Happily married to each other as husband and wife. ~*~ Mysteria ~*~ © July 2001 art from cards music: Once Upon A December ~ You do this dance only once ~ [This message has been edited by Mysteria (edited 07-22-2001).] |

Quaint aint gonna get it, much more should be said. Amazing how this forum can be used and you are becoming masterful at discovering ways to communicate poetry in a new way. One of my teenage daughters came running into the room at the recognition of the music (new to me). Very cool Sharon. "Oh what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to decieve" |

Sharon...I couldn't think of a more lovely way to begin my day then absorbing these serenely beautiful thoughts into my mind. So gracefully and tenderly reflective of the vision of how true love was meant to be. ~*~huuuuuuuuuggggeeeee siiiiighhhsssssss~*~ Hugs, and much love to you, dawn |

Ah Martie, me too...I love love! But, I love love presented in an old-fashioned, respectable, caring, shy kinda way too. The music is Once Upon A December from Anastasia (hum it) lol, it will work! Thank you for reading this ditty. Interloper: I actually sighed while I did it, lol. Thank you. ~ Give the heavens above more than just a passing glance ~And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance ~ I hope you dance. (Lee Ann Womack) |

Cindy, that kind of love is there for everyone. It takes so little to have it, and so much to keep it! May you always feel like that, always. |

Oh how I wish. To be in that time period, to know what love used to be. It's sad when you think that our present, young love, is riddled with tattoos and piercings and swapping things, instead of old fashioned longing and sharing of dreams. Sorry, I had to reflect. Wonderful read Mysteria! |
