Thoughtless, souless evil Has been visited upon us Each grieves in their own way Stilling the anguish within Each unites in defiance Cutting thru the sorrow Of this tradgedy is a Light of oneness Overshadowed by nothing Remembered throughout history Standing tall, proud and strong Determined Defiance Overpowering fear Now the fear they sought To use against us Rouses us to unite United we stand Now and forever! My Friend~ Thank you for sharing your thoughts acrostically~ It's hard enough to think of the awful events of this past week ... much less find words to display our respect for those who had their lives taken so violently. God bless America ... and thank you, Sharon~ It's good to see you, my friend~ *Hugs* ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ |

Marge....My husband and I moved to Oregon from New York.....he has been a volunteer firefighter for some years and now he is chief of our local dept....if we were back home he would have been out there and could very well have been one of those missing. We are very blessed to live in the USA! God Bless America! Always Eno Words are my medicine. |
