If I must weep
let me cry
in the tongue of angels
so that bitterness
be made beauty--
agony to harmony, within--
a choir of seraphim...
so that any who will hear
have ears only for the jubilee
of "holy, holy, holy..."

May it echo
in resounding hum
quivering first
in sweet refrain
building note upon exquisite note--
sustain--
and burst in exaltation.

A psalm to sing,
to touch,
to heal...

Let us dance in glory
as it is meant to be.

(This was my very first post here at Passions--I hope it brings some comfort.)

Well I looked to the sky for my anthem
The words and the music came through
But words and music can never touch
The beauty that I've seen in you
