Just Give Me Some Truth

I am in possession
of so much hope
that someone
truly cares for me
and yet I realize
that perhaps
no one truly cares.
When the truth is revealed
will my heart jump for joy
or will my heart
be unable to conceal
the pain my heart will feel?
