Dreams Nightmares & Tomorrow

Yesterdays dreams
were of old flames
and new flames
who captivated our minds
and played love songs in our hearts

Todays nightmare
flames tearful eyes
and plays over
and over in our minds

Tomorrow we'll thrust
our desperation and hope
upon God whom we trust
and wish only to return
to yesterdays dreams
