Liquid Dreams Dreams are like liquid as they slip right from your grasp, Easily disintegrate like a reflection in a puddle of water when it is splashed. They disappear into limbo as you awaken from your unconscious state of mind. Evaporating into the air Seeming so much like reality, But they are just subconscious thoughts; a mere formality. Liquid dreams are like fluid because of the way the thought flow, Leaving your mind wandering and vulnerable to all and your wildest dreams exposed, Who is to tell you that your dreams can’t be reached in a lifetime? Day dreaming is just a way to escape the pressures of lifes daily grind, A way to unwind from hardships you had to endure, The liquid dreams are pure. Thoughts that bring pleasure and bliss, From something as simple as a kiss. |
