Your words have the power to wound and heal And the elloquent writings are vivid and real. I feel when your hurting, I know when your sad I feel your love flow from pen onto pad. You are my dear poetess, sent from above Imprisoning me within written bars of love. I am a willing prisoner, your loving slave, Your soulful reminder of a love you can save. I sit here within myself, while we're apart Given a will, by your pen on my heart To woo you with words, let you know how I feel, So that you never doubt my feelings are real. I love you my poetess, my muse and my love And I thank God for sending you to me from above. |
