Two sides to every story
And I’ve torn a page of yours
It all can seem so black and white
When opening closed doors
You’re normal on the cover
But you’re dusted deep inside
So open up your bindings now
And show me what you hide

A thousand words are meaningless
If wrapped up in your lies
So picture where were headed
If you live on in disguise
You think you’ve got me going
But I read between the lines
Your story’s faded from the truth
And truth’s what mine defines

This is superb!!! You look like a young man, compared to this old teacher here. Oh, that I could have written so well when in teens. Now you're probably going to tell me you're in your 20's. I see all these Moms and Dads that look like they're in their teens and they're not, it's just my 'age'old perspective.

Anyway, fantastic write with wisdom and flair.
