Torn Fabric colors fade in the sun bleach causes stitches to dissolve and become undone betrayal is a thick rope like thread knotted tightly to turn bright red it is not the tie that binds tangles your heart hurts a mind discomforting wrinkles to readjust letting you go no reason to trust choosing better whom I call friend torn fabric of my life will mesh and mend "...the rest is silence" (Hamlet) Shakespeare [This message has been edited by 1slick_lady (edited 08-31-2001).] |

Wonderfully expressed. Good friends are great menders in the quilt of life. When your fingers give out they continue the stitch. Sincerely, Regina |

oh man....I like this much. Rather reminded me of the biblical parable. With the wisdom to match! |
