Written by a good friend.... Music is almost everything. Emotions are everything else. Words are crap. Words can't convey emotion. Words are third person perspective. No, they arent even that. They are so dissociated from reality, They are tenth person perspective. ..Like when you hold up two mirrors facing eachother And its an image, Inside of an image, Inside of an image. In this poem.. the reference to words doesn't mean words written down, not verse. It's spoken words, and their relativity to the way you really feel about things.. the way you can't really describe a feeling by talking about it. yea, lip-service is the words of which you speak I believe, maybe more like, we use one word for love, but in the Greek, love is like snow in Eskimo especially with English we are extremely limited to say exactly what we intend or what we may desperately desire to convey when I first began reading, I felt you must be an extremely bitter person, that feel abated and I hope you are not bitter, because it robs one of the sweet taste of life |
