Before I met you I felt alone And frightened by my grief My happiness was overshadowed And my smiles were only brief I became my own worst enemy And felt I had so little to give And then you came along And gave me more reason to live You took my hand and guided me Away from my gloom and despair And you brightened up my being Whenever you were there You helped me to understand That real love starts from deep within That's about the time I started to feel My love for you begin You found some good in me I didn't even know was there How much you lifted my spirits As you showed how much you cared No longer was I alone And now my grief has gone away Thank you for all you've done for me And for all the sweet things that you say Suetang |

You found some good in me I didn't even know was there How much you lifted my spirits As you showed how much you cared Sometimes it takes another to recognise the best in us, before we give ourselves credit. |
