Once they were an inseparable pair, If ever saw one the other was there, Both had eyes of blue with inner light, Together all day and all of the night. Each made the other to feel more alive, If walking , talking, or out for a drive, When singing they found perfect harmony, A pair of smiling faces you would see. Time is change and slowly diverged apart, In different places but the same heart, Experience became sharing of word, Places each had been to and what they heard. Then the waiting meant memories to save, As one stayed living and one was in the grave. Gloom |

This is reality. And a very hard part to acknowledge. Knowing that sooner or later the one you share life with, will either leave this world, or you will, or both. True love never prepares you for that. Sincerely, Regina |
