He haunts the shadows of my dreams
This lover that I need, my heart to tame
Waking me with thoughts of eternity
With gentle whispers of my name

He strolls the corridors of my heart
Picking up the pieces burst askew
One by one placing them abreast
Shaping the ornaments of love anew

Softly, tenderly miracles in hope
Speaking of tomorrows without doubts
Framing a future painted with petals
A longing is born amid protestant shouts

Struggling to regain love’s adulation
Healing the parts with simple devotion

Awwww sweet Dulcy....Love DOES heal!  Told
ya so!  *wink*
Mmmmm like the idea that the pieces of the old love, are fashioned into positive symbols of love again.
Wonderous wording, with an obvious heartfelt telling of the heart. *s*
Your friend is a lucky fellow....awwww  SR
