Musings ( an experiment ) Moon reflects water- falls into pools like honey- mooners adrift in Pensacola- fizzing in iced tumblers- performing in dancing rings- sparkling on slender digits- rolling by the hours into night- mare fixations of being alone- of time and effort to be repayed with interest- in a life thats full- moon reflects water.... |

I live in Pensacola.I am glad my home town inspired you.People never think about the pan handle when they think of Florida. They do not know what they are missing.Beautiful snow white beaches at much lower prices. paladin |

very interesting. . . I wonder who'll pick up on what the experiment is. . . well done. . . ----------------------------------------------------------- To the world, you may only be one person. But to one person, you may be the world. |

I'm not sure I 'get it' but I've read it several times, both yesterday and tonight and I just like the way it sounds. |

Sunshine, Im glad you enjoyed the trip, thanks for replying. Paladin, I'm sad to say I've never been to Pensacola, like the crowd I flocked to Orlando, but it is on my wish list. Thanks for your kind reply. Sven, I'm not sure if this works but I was intrigued by the possibility, thank you for your kind comments. Duncan, Thanks for the reply and taking time to read, I was trying to make the last word in a preceding line start the next line which works okay except for alone and a loan which I took liberties with, plus I wanted a kind of perpetual poem, the next task is to make it rhyme. Thank you everyone for your kind words, all the very best. Regards Olias. |
