To You My smile was just plastic It never reached my eyes For they were to tired From All the nights they cried My stride progressed in lonliness My chin a burdon to lift My heart beat less and less each day For you I longed, I missed Wrap your arms around me Hold me close the way you do Tell me of tomorrows Filled with only me and you Wipe away the sorrow and all the stains from tears Give back my security Of knowing your right here Connie McDonald Copyright@2001 |

Connie This was so beautiful yet so sad, I felt your longing and love within each line. Take care......Sue Suetang |

Connie -- this has got to be excruciating... I can vaguely relate from a different perspective, but I wonder if the situation was ever put on the table and discussed or simply kept discreet with the painful hopes of it resolving itself...? -MVS "When you tell the Truth, you never have to remember what you just said." |
