Fairer Yet ... Fond Juliet ~*Marge Tindal*~  Fairer yet, fond Juliet than all the others I have known I now lay down my life to claim you for my own Of beauty held within a heart that time cannot erase Juliet, fair Juliet to look upon your face is to see the love in sweet adorn of all the grace that you have worn As I sipped of your beauty in life I shall drink of the poisoning potion Lay me down in slumber beside your adoring devotion ~*~ I, Juliet, shall plunge the dagger deep joining you in the land of evermore to sleep To lay beside you through eternity Fairer yet, sweet Romeo I shall come to thee~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ |
