Troubled heart, Troubled mind, Sinking spirit... Need time away To think, to feel; Or not think, Not feel for A while... Just to be. To let the Waves of life Carry and Buoy me up; To find the sign, The direction I should take... Sighing in Reflection Of the person I could, maybe Should be Not let myself Get lost Again In mists Too thick To see through... Just ride the Waves, The gentle Tide, To soothe My troubled, Troubled Mind. |

Cindi, thank you...I prefer this ending, myself, to the rest of the poem. Cpat, I'm glad you enjoyed. JLR, I'm glad you like this. I seem always to be moving through thick mists. The search never stops, but understanding comes with conscious time -- personal time, if you will...
