Wishing For, be careful |

She now tried to be careful what she wished for, For she had gained power and her beauty enhanced, But certainly there was so much more, Than those for which she would nightly dance. And wishing, For someone beyond her charm, How she’d long, For one strong, That her loving wouldn’t harm. Just wishing. The living had left her before morning light, Just one body littered the dirty wood floor, She’s gained a feeding and spent the night, Caught in her wishes went out the door. He stood there, An outline within the dim, The dark part Of her heart, The caster of all her sin, He stood there. Transfixed by only his glowing eyes, The morning come rushing to sear her, Unmovable in gaze though she tries, Then she runs from he who doesn’t fear her. So she runs, Diving into her dark room, She shaken, Fear taken, Shivers with the feel of tomb, Then he comes. The locked door doesn’t slow his entry, And she falls before his feet in blood tears, For all she is still does belong to he, The devil make take her for it he she fears. None entranced, Music sours in playing, No one grieves, Many leaves, Just the saddest are staying. No one danced. Gloom |

Ah Prof. Gloom, now you know I loved this...and it could very well be the thoughts of the beautiful dancer I wrote of yesterday, and Miranda today. Fantastic writing sir. |
