The powerful glow of the moonlit river, darkened by the shadow of you and I. The whispered echo of your kiss anticipating the sound of your heartbeat. The frosty edge of the frozen lake reflecting the clouds into a mirror of dreams. Endless nights together under the starlit sky wondering if this was forever? It wasn't for now the past has gone and these memories are no longer ours nor yours but mine. "Theres no posession, just obsession and growing depression" |

I loved the ending too. The entire poem was well written and I loved the detail of the lake. Great job! ![]() "Make your life like toiletpaper - long and useful." |

Thankyou! *hugs you too* Just letting you know that I am fine and that the poem doesn't pertain to me, its just thoughts which I have gathered from analysing other peopls when they have just broken up with their love, it is a hard time to forget. ^*~Kicking Kim~*^ ![]() "Theres no posession, just obsession and growing depression" |

Wonderful write, Kim. Awesome imagery/description and the ending rocked. Loved it bunches! I know what ya mean, it's not "ours" its "mine." Awesome. ![]() You wouldn't worry about what people thought about you if you knew how seldom they did. |
