I forgot about
the way you made me cry,
lonely teardrops
gracing my red cheeks
like intruders
at a beautiful scene.
I forgot about
the way you stole me life,
taking my dreams
away from me
and shattering my sleep.
I forgot about
your heartless remarks,
patronising me
down to the ground
until I became a dot.

But I remember,
the way you were,
before the way you are
came between us.
I remember
how I loved you.

First off, I liked your signature.
Second off- I liked your poem. HeHe
Really now, It was great. Loved the ending. I know what ya mean. And I know how ya felt in the first stanza as well...Thanks for the read. As always- It was much enjoyed.

You wouldn't worry about what people thought about you if you knew how seldom they did.

I can relate to this a lot. I truly did like this one Kim. Well done.
