How Thoughtful

Sometimes late at night,
Images appear in my head.
Different kinds of memories,
Of things i've done and said.
I wonder about things endlessly,
Never finding whats really true.
Experimentation with different situations,
All different confrontations i've had with you.
Security, tranquility and secretivity,
All mixed within one crowded mind.
Love, lust, remorse and fear,
Have all come and spent their share of time.
Recapsing unwillingly,
Every night as if it were my requirement to sleep.
SO much to go through for those hours of safety,
Not intended for those of whom their minds are weak.
Too many thoughts,
Yet, so little time.
Not enough focus on the present,
But what in the past you'll find.
EIther way i focus,
Images always appear in my head.
Different kinds of memories and regrets,
Of things i've done and said.
