Title: Turn out the lights 4-21-02 Turn out the lights Let me be alone. Turn out the lights Time I don’t care to Know let it go. Turn out the lights Leave the whispers To take control. Turn out the lights Let me bleed to Death let me go. Turn out the lights Tears they may drown Me and send me To the devil. Turn out the lights Sorrow, pain and strife Take me whole. Turn out the lights I’m not afraid. Turn out the lights Make me disappear From here I don’t Want to be seen again. Turn out the lights Here’s my place to be Place to hide. uhh.. dark! ..but good! the repetition and differing length of each stanza made a good climax towards the end: "forever" I liked this a lot! "Pain doesn't hurt when it's all you've ever felt" ~Marie, the girl of a thousand truths |
