At times I cannot see,
                        with my world so dark and grim
My doubts rise to the surface,
                        shadows dance upon my mind

Whoa...i really liked how this one felt while reading...

the italic alone can be a poem of itself and i though you intended to do that so...i read the standard alone but its did work out like that...hehe.

I really like this one, Tiff! You wrote this very well, and the staggered lines is easy on the eyes. Very nice work... I enjoyed it so much. Post some more soon, eh?
